Prova g\u00e4rna nedan styrke\u00f6vningar mellan dina konditionspass.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14 dagar innan loppet<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00e4r det bra att k\u00f6ra ett sista \u201dl\u00e5ngpass\u201d d\u00e4r du h\u00e5ller det tempo du t\u00e4nkt under loppet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10 dagar innan loppet<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00e4r det bra att k\u00f6ra n\u00e5gra intervall\u00f6vningar. En bra \u00f6vning \u00e4r fartlekar. H\u00e4r kommer ett exempel som du kan testa.<\/p>\n<p>Hitta en cykelv\u00e4g med gatlyktor. V\u00e4rm upp genom att stretcha ut stela och \u00f6mma muskler, enligt v\u00e5rt exempel ovan.<\/p>\n<p>Nu \u00e4r det dags att f\u00e5 upp pulsen lite. H\u00e5ll ditt mellantempo under ca 10 minuter, sedan \u00e4r det dags att k\u00f6ra intervall!<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>H\u00e5ll ditt h\u00f6gsta tempo du bara kan mellan tv\u00e5 lyktstolpar.<\/li>\n<li>Varva ner, lugnt tempo mellan tre lyktstolpar<\/li>\n<li>Upp igen till ditt h\u00f6gsta tempo mellan tv\u00e5 lyktstolpar<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Upprepa ovan \u00f6vning under ca 20 minuter. Nu \u00e4r du snart f\u00e4rdig. K\u00f6r nedvarvning genom att k\u00f6ra p\u00e5 i riktigt l\u00e5gt tempo under 10 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Dags f\u00f6r stretch! Ack s\u00e5 viktigt f\u00f6r att f\u00e5r snabba muskler f\u00f6r att kunna slappna av och varva ner. Prova g\u00e4rna v\u00e5rt exempel p\u00e5 \u00f6vning ovan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7 dagar innan loppet<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00e4r det viktigt att forts\u00e4tta med en konditions\u00f6vning. Vi f\u00f6resl\u00e5r att du springer din distans i ett medeltempo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4 dagar innan loppet<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>f\u00f6resl\u00e5r vi ett tr\u00e4ningspass med omv\u00e4xlande tempo. H\u00e5ll ditt medeltempo i ca 2 minuter, och h\u00e5ll ett l\u00e5gt tempo under 2 minuter. Gl\u00f6m inte att stretcha b\u00e5de innan och efter ditt pass!<\/p>\n<p><strong>De sista dagarna innan loppet \u00e4r det viktigt att vila sig i form.<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>Att stretcha ut kroppen och musklerna f\u00f6rbereder din kropp p\u00e5 ett bra s\u00e4tt och g\u00f6r att du undviker skador. G\u00f6r detta lite extra dessa dagar!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dagen f\u00f6r loppet:<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Stretcha kroppen precis innan loppet enligt v\u00e5rt exempel ovan. D\u00e5 f\u00f6rbereder du kroppen p\u00e5 absolut b\u00e4sta s\u00e4tt!<strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>K\u00f6r h\u00e5rt och lycka till!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kostuppladdning \u2013 en ack s\u00e5 viktigt del i f\u00f6rberedelserna!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dagarna innan loppet \u00e4r det viktigt att ladda med kosten p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt. Drick lite extra v\u00e4tska dagen innan och dagen f\u00f6r loppet.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 morgonen innan loppet \u00e4r det bra om du f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker f\u00e5 i dig lite extra kolhydrater s\u00e5som ex pasta, ris och br\u00f6d. En fiberrik havregrynsgr\u00f6t \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 riktigt bra att ladda upp p\u00e5, och tillsammans med ett \u00e4gg st\u00e5r du dig fint i flera timmar. En bra n\u00e4ringsdryck med b\u00e5de snabba och l\u00e5ngsamma kolhydrater ger ocks\u00e5 extra power inf\u00f6r din prestation i loppet!<\/p>\n<p>Fram till loppet g\u00e4ller det sedan att fylla p\u00e5 med v\u00e4tska. Timmen innan loppet, fyll p\u00e5 med lite snabba kolhydrater s\u00e5 \u00e4r du ig\u00e5ng!<\/p>\n<p>Efter loppet \u00e4r det viktigt att unna sig n\u00e5got gott! Det har du f\u00f6rtj\u00e4nat!
