Conductor

Conductive Education (CE) is planned, organized, and implemented by Conductors, all of whom hold a degree and a BA diploma. A Conductor has a 3-4-year academic education in CE with a focus on injury or immaturity of the central nervous system. The education is validated at 240 credits, specializing in special education with a focus on motor disabilities according to Swedish higher education validation.

What is unique about CE is that we apply our knowledge from a holistic perspective, and the education combines both theory and practice. We place great importance on dialogue and collaboration with everyone involved in the individual's life with a disability, such as family, friends, doctors, psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, personal assistants, and residential staff. This is crucial to ensure that our participants benefit from and continue to develop their newly acquired abilities in various everyday situations.
