Agreements in Your Region
Here, you can see which agreements are in place in your specific region!
Västra Götaland
If you live in Västra Götaland, have a cerebral palsy (CP) diagnosis, and are under 20 years old, you can train at Move & Walk at the expense of the Västra Götaland Region (VGR).
Through VGR, you also have the opportunity for intensive training in Conductive Education for 2-4 consecutive weeks, 2-4 hours per day, once a year. VGR covers your accommodation and breakfast for you and one accompanying person.
If there is no availability at our facilities, you have the option to stay at Snoozemore Hotel at Kvilletorget www.snoozemore.se. If you have an agreement through the Västra Götaland Region, your stay at the hotel will be free of charge. If you are a private guest, payment is required afterward.
Together with your conductor, you will determine the training duration that suits you best, whether it's two, three, or four hours per day. You will also decide whether group training or individual training will work best for you.
If you reside in Skåne and have a cerebral palsy (CP) diagnosis, you can train with us in Malmö with the support of the regional authorities. All you need to do is contact us, and we can meet with you, select the appropriate group for you, and assist you in submitting an application form to Region Skåne.
The region will then inform you directly if you have been allocated a spot. However, the number of spots is limited, but there is always the possibility to train with us privately. You can download the application form from the region's website.
If you missed the application deadline or if you live too far from Malmö to commute, there are additional options available through the National Agreement to train in Gothenburg or Stockholm.
Stockholm
If you live in Stockholm, there are different offers available through the county council (landsting), and we operate on behalf of Region Stockholm under the Care Choice Agreement for "Intensive Training for Individuals with Mobility Impairments" at our facility in Solna. The offers vary depending on your age, and self-referral is required. If you are under 18 years old, you can train for four consecutive weeks, three hours per day. Each week consists of four training days. You will also have access to two consultations per year.
If you are over 18 years old, you can train for 6-8 weeks per year, with a maximum of 16 training hours per week. Once you complete your training period, you have the opportunity to receive 20 consultations per year.
If you miss a scheduled session, you will be charged a fee of 400 SEK according to the region's regulations for outpatient care.
Other Counties
If you reside in a county that is not listed above, we do not have an agreement with your local healthcare region. Your options are:
- Contact the habilitation services directly.
Move & Walk has agreements with several regions and is also part of the National Agreement (Riksavtalet).

Quality
After each completed training period, our customers fill out a survey where they can provide feedback on their experience during their time at Move & Walk. The survey is anonymous and covers all aspects of the stay, including training, facilities, staff, food, accommodation, and more.
It is important that as many people as possible submit the surveys so that the results provide a reliable picture and can realistically influence customer expectations.
After each period, all surveys are evaluated together with relevant departments, such as reception, service unit, training, and if necessary, the food supplier.
