The quality of the operations is systematically developed and secured on an ongoing basis. We establish implementation plans and document according to the law for all our customers.

Move & Walk Assistance actively engages in continuous improvement, where deviation management becomes a natural part of quality assurance for the business.

Customer satisfaction is a central focus in our quality work. Through satisfied customers, we have the opportunity to build long-term relationships and develop our own operations. Quality work evolves through continuous improvements. Everyone working within Move & Walk Assistance actively contributes to providing high-quality personal assistance by understanding the customer's preferences and needs.

In our quality work, we survey our customers' opinions about our service and assistance by having them fill out a questionnaire. Based on the results, we obtain a Net Promoter Score (NPS) and can then develop goals for our improvement work, both at the customer level and overall.

Move & Walk Assistance always administers personal assistance based on you as the customer and your needs and preferences. The organization operates with respect for each individual customer's self-determination and integrity to enable you to live as independent and fulfilling a life as you desire.
