Processing of personal data

Processing of personal data refers to "any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction."

Personal data

A personal data refers to "any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ('data subject); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person."

Consent

We request all individuals who contact our operations to give their consent for us to store the information they provide to us. The information we request includes name, address, phone number, and email address. In the case of job applications, it may also include a CV that contains information about education, previous employment, and personal details such as interests, background, and affiliations. The handling of the data will be managed by our operational and unit managers. The data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

Move & Walk retains your data for as long as necessary (as further described in our Privacy Policy) or until you request their removal from our records.

Please note that different operations are governed by different legislations. This means that we handle certain personal data as required to carry out services governed by legislation without specific consent management.
